Terms of Use
1. Scope
Augmentl Finance Collector is a restricted internal tool for read-only retrieval and review of financial-account information. It is operated by Nicholas Perillo and is not offered as a public consumer or business service.
2. Authorised use
The collector may be used only with accounts the user owns or is authorised to access. Access must be approved through the relevant bank’s consent flow. Users must not attempt to access another person’s or organisation’s financial data without authority.
3. Read-only operation
The collector requests account information such as account details, balances and transactions. It does not initiate payments, transfers, standing orders or other account changes. Any payment or account action must be performed directly through the bank or another separately authorised service.
4. No financial, tax or legal advice
Information shown by the collector is for internal administration and reconciliation. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. Bank statements and records from the financial institution remain the authoritative source.
5. Availability and data quality
Account data is supplied by banks through Enable Banking and may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, revised or temporarily unavailable. Consent and provider sessions expire and may require renewed authorisation. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy.
6. Security obligations
Devices running the collector must be protected with current operating-system security controls and appropriate user access restrictions. Application credentials, encryption keys and bank authorisation sessions must not be shared. Suspected compromise must be treated by stopping the collector, revoking bank consent where appropriate and rotating affected application credentials.
7. Provider and bank terms
Enable Banking and each connected financial institution have their own terms and privacy notices. Their terms continue to apply to their services and authorisation flows.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the collector is provided for internal use without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Access and termination
Access may be stopped at any time by disabling the collector and revoking bank consent. Provider-side access may also end when consent expires or is revoked by the bank or Enable Banking.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory protections that apply under another jurisdiction.
